FORMWORK CORNER BAR
CHAMFER, designed to eliminate sharp corners in concrete posts during construction, gives clean and safe corners with no sharp edges. Additionally, CHAMFER makes it difficult for rock pocket to occur, so it provides a beautiful finish with little to no postprocessing. Wooden chamfers are generally used for in these situations but do not produce a clean finish and requires additional postprocessing, which increases time used on-site, unlike our CHAMFER product. The best feature of the CHAMFER is the flexible fins, running lengthwise on either side, which prevent concrete from leaking since the fins are in close contact with the formwork. Manufactured from PVC, CHAMFER is durable, lightweight, easy to handle, doesn’t absorb moisture and doesn’t deform, unlike the industry standard wooden equivalents.
